Automatically: page visited, language, visit source (UTM parameters, referring site), and an anonymized fingerprint of your IP address used to prevent abuse.

Purposes

To answer your request, prepare a quote, follow up with your consent, prevent spam, and improve our services.

Lead storage

Requests are stored in a secure database hosted by our cloud provider, accessible only to authorized staff, to process and follow up on your request. For retention details or to request deletion of your information, email support@monezsoft.com.

Email processing

Forms save your request for our team. Automated notification and confirmation emails are not yet enabled. You can email us directly at support@monezsoft.com.

AI chat assistant

Our assistant uses an artificial intelligence model to answer based on this site's content. Conversations are processed by a third-party AI provider and may be stored with your request. Please don't share sensitive information. Your data isn't used to train public models without your consent.
